No guaranteed offer or outcome

Submitting a property does not create a listing agreement, brokerage relationship, purchase contract, guaranteed cash offer, appraisal, or promise of a particular price or closing date. Any transaction requires a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.

Brokerage and purchaser identity

Claims and transaction costs
